Aside from being the mayor of the "fine" city of St. Paul. Chris Coleman was the stooge that approved the general Republican National Conventions security plan. Including but not exclusive to the 40 million dollars spent on police weaponry and 10 million dollars reallocated to the cities insurance plan (designed to keep the state in the clear from civil suits filed from the inevitable brutality that is synonymous with cops and guns). Months ago, Chris Coleman made a choice. A choice that has lead to 800 some arrests, some resulting in bogus felony charges, some getting dropped. with his re-election campgaign for mayor coming right around the corner.
