So, more bad news unfortunately. The judge found probable cause for all 6 counts to go to trial, despite legitimate arguments that the terrorist charges can only technically be one charge, and aiding and abetting has to be 'a high level of activity', not just someone pointing a finger. These arguments were ignored by the judge who fell hook, line and sinker for the prosecutors 'make it up as we go along, and see what we can get away with' case against me. Apparently the prosecutors were heard suggesting they had no idea how they were going to go about the 'terroristic threats' charges.

At the moment they are trying to intimidate me and make me look bad by suggesting it was a vicious attack on some fragile elderly people just trying to enjoy the conference and the prosecutors have given me pictures of what was found in the van during my friends arrest.

For a start, I am being accused, not of assault, but pointing my finger in aid of an assault. POINTING MY FINGER. I have no sympathy for these rich old white folks who are corrupt war mongers and capitalists and responsible for the continuing destruction of this planet. Secondly, these photos are completely irrelevant to myself, my case, and the incident in question. They are just a way to scare me and make me look much worse, further justifying increasing my charges (again) and their actions against the RNC 8. Bob Fletcher (Ramsey County Sheriff, key witness in my case and head organizer against RNC protests) actually used my case to justify the RNC 8 charges in a recent media article. Ridiculous!

I now have pre-trial set for December 12th at 9am - I wonder how many charges ill have by then?!
