If you want to see the movie "Battle in Seattle", make sure you're at the Uptown Theatre for a 7:00pm showing! Only the discussion will be held at Common Roots Cafe (as posted earlier) following this film. (tip: The cafe still serves food, etc til 10:30pm or so.)

Battle in Seattle Opens in Minneapolis on Sept. 19th

Join us at 7pm on September 19th at the Uptown Theatre for the opening of Battle in Seattle, following the movie will be a panel discussion with local activists who were at the protests in Seattle in 1999, the panel discussion will be held at Common Roots Cafe (2558 Lyndale) around the corner from the theatre.
