This Friday at 7:30am in Mercado Central (corner of Lake Street and Bloomington Avenue in Minneapolis) several Gubernatorial candidates will be guests at “Breakfast with Gary,” Council Member Gary Schiff's monthly meeting. Invited is everyone's favorite candidate and county prosecutor, Susan Gaertner. Dare she show her face in the Powderhorn neighborhood, just blocks from one of the preemptive house raids?

Whether she shows up or not the RNC8 Defense Committee will. We will make the prosecution of organizers a campaign issue Gaertner can't avoid just by staying in her new office.

FREE COFFEE outside. $5 gets you breakfast inside and a chance to get face to face with this this term's hopefuls. Will there be a Q&A? Only if Schiff loves democracy.
