Join us for an extravaganza of a fundraiser to support the work of CASA and
new CASA Chapulin co-facilitator Sylvia Gonzalez-Castro, a Minneapolis-grown
activist and Xicana organizer! Amongst the dancing, eating and drinking -
Sylvia of CASA Chapulin will be sharing an insider’s report back about
current strategies and struggles facing the educational movement in Oaxaca,
via an ongoing media presentation. Jen Lawhorne can highlight tips on how to
produce movement-building allied media for grassroots efforts. Come build
social justice power and connect more deeply to people standing up for human
rights and education across borders.
