Hey everybody. Elliot Hughes has a court date on tuesday, oct 27 Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 1 pm. Y'all should come. The RNC was a traumatic expierience for him and a year later  Elliot is being charged with 2 counts of assult on a "peace" officer.  and 1 count of obstructing the legal process with force. these charges are 1 year or 5000 dollars maximum each. most of us know what has happened to Elliot and its clear he needs a lot of support through his trial.  to see what he is being charged for search Bike Arrest RNC on you tube.

If you want to visit, Brad has to arrange the visit and it must be done at least 24 hours in advance. 

Visiting hours are:  

Tuesday 1-3 PM and 7-9 PM and

Sunday 9-11 AM and 1-3PM

Visitors will have to present ID and a warrant check will be run on them.
