Election seasons bring up subjects often not discussed when no election's happening – especially presidential elections. Part of the interest in watching presidential campaigns for many is hearing about issues that are not only important to us, but to others. It's interesting to hear the rationale or logic behind other's support or opposition to issues of concern to them.

Computers and Memory Sticks Needed for RNC 8 Trial

The remaining RNC 8 are gearing up for court and there are a few things that would help us and the Defense Committee prepare a little easier. As our volunteer base grows to incorporate more volunteer legal workers and independent media, we need to accommodate them with ways to help prepare for trial. We're currently seeking donations of:

This past weekend, DFLers from every city, every town, every hamlet, every last Hooverville of this great state convened a grand congress. Like many a congress, it basked in much fanfare as, behind the scenes, other forces were at work. The delegates magicked into being a plan–somewhat worthy of note–to endorse Margaret Anderson-Kelliher for Governor. At the same time, a dispatch of the RNC 8 Defense Committee was secretly hammering the final nail in the musty coffin of another run at the governorship.
