Being a resident of California, I wrote this piece about California Senator Barbara Boxer's co-sponsorship of the LRA Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act, which is even more alarming now, in light of the leaked UN Report on Human Rights Abuse in D.R. Congo, 1993-2003, which will be officially released on October 1st.
