This is a 37mm impact round used by the police in St. Paul on 9/2/08 and collected at 9:00 pm on St. Peter between 6th and 7th street. The round has a thin exterior of hard plastic, and a heavy metal core. The back of the projectile is being shown to display the inside core. The projectile is plastic-bagged in order to prevent chemical contamination.
