NOTE: I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE people who care about independnent media, diverse voices and the direction of KFAI Radio (which has existed for over 30 years) to come to this gathering. We are in turbulent times! with a loss of listeners and membership.  Listener-members, community activists, independent journalists from ALL communities need to be part of any changes in KFAI
's programming and direction. ACTIVISTS, YOUTH and PEOPLE OF COLOR  ARE ESPECIALLY NEEDED.

Sunday, July 6 from 6-7pm, organizers from the Welcoming Committee will be on community radio station KFAI’s "Wave Project" access hour. We’ll talk about the convention, play some music and have a grand ol’ anti-political time.
