Jesse James Forrey, arrested at last September's RNC protests began trial this Monday. After waiting 11 months, forced to remain in the Twin Cities rather than his home in Santa Cruz, CA, Jesse is about to defend his innocence in front of Judge Paulette Flynn at the Ramsey County Courthouse in downtown Saint Paul. Jesse is facing a felony charge of criminal damage to property and up to five years in jail. His trial will likely last two to three days and all are welcomed to attend.
