fragments of flash-bang grenade used during RNC on 9/2/08

These are the bottom hard rubber fragments of a flash-bang grenade used by the police in St. Paul on 9/2/08 and collected at 9:00 pm on St. Peter between 6th and 7th street. The flash-bang grenade contains a low charge explosive which detonates with a loud explosion.
