On Tuesday June 17th, activists and avid bikers met for the second time at the Flying Penguin bike store in Mankato, MN with the intent of hosting a Critical Mass. The route went along Madison Ave, Broad St and Riverfront drive ending up at Pagliai's pizza on South Front St. All in all, aside from one accident the rally was a success, bringing in about 40 bikers including mayor John Brady.
